BM Foundation, which conducted a massive free eye camp in October 2024 in collaboration with the rural municipality, has performed free cataract surgery on 38 people who were found to be in need of cataract surgery on Friday, February 21, 2025.
The cataract surgery was performed at Kaligandaki Hospital in Mirmi, Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-7, with the help of health workers from Himalaya Eye Hospital, said Dr. Buddhiman Shrestha, the chairman of the foundation.
