Event Description

A Free Eye Screening Camp was organized at Bhupu Sainik Kaligandaki English Boarding School, Chapakot-02, Suntalitar, Syangja, located approximately 210 kilometers west of Kathmandu. The main objective of the camp was to promote eye health and detect vision problems among students and teachers.

The camp was conducted with the support of our optometrist and ophthalmic assistant, who carried out detailed eye examinations and counseling. During the program, students and teachers received free eye checkups, and those with vision difficulties were provided with reading glasses and proper guidance for further treatment or referral.

The camp was highly appreciated by the school administration and participants, contributing to greater awareness about eye care and early detection of vision problems in the community.
