With over 200 participants in the education program and 280 attendees at the eye camp, the initiative highlighted critical eye health issues such as refractive errors, dry eye syndrome, and digital eye strain. Challenges like adverse weather conditions and keeping the students attentive were effectively managed, ensuring the delivery of practical knowledge and solutions. The involvement of skilled professionals, including Optometrist Rabindra Thapa and Ophthalmic Assistant Samikshya Upreti, further enhanced the event's impact. Participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to learn about their eye health, with many appreciating the practical advice provided on managing common conditions.

This event, organized in collaboration with Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital and Research Center, TPB Foundation, KDC Eye Care Center, BM Foundation, and Baudeshwor Secondary School, served as a crucial step toward raising awareness about eye care in the community. By addressing conditions like myopia, hyperopia, and ocular allergies, and referring individuals for further treatment where necessary, the program left a lasting impression on attendees. Feedback from participants emphasized the value of regular eye check-ups and the positive outcomes of such community-driven initiatives, setting a precedent for future events dedicated to improving public health.
